Refund/Return Policy

Special orders and engraved items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanges. Purchases from our inventory can be exchanged within 2 weeks of the date of purchase. We do not give refunds. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be in new condition.

You are verifying that all personalized/engraving information is correct when you place your order. Any errors are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have special requirements or instructions for personalizing an item, please call us at (804) 784-3770 before placing your order. Please allow a 2 week lead time for orders, if at all possible.

 

Canceling Orders

We understand on occasion circumstances change, however due to the nature of our business, engraving orders cannot be cancelled. All other orders must be canceled within 24 hours in order for payment to be refunded. Please review your needs carefully, before placing your order.

 

Shipping Policy

Please allow sufficient time for delivery when placing your order. All shipping costs will be paid by buyer. We do not ship outside of the continental U.S. If an item is lost or damaged in shipping, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier.

 

Privacy

We will not sell or exchange email addressesphone numbers, or personal information with any other party. All information gathered is for the purpose of proceeding your order.

Data provided is stored on our secured site. Transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and therefore transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk. We recommend your use of a secure password when using our site. By using this site, you consent to the use of the information as outlined and agree to the terms as described. The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased, the seller shares no responsibility.
